Barnes & Noble Account Problem?
Visit www.unoh.bncollege.com, click on "Login/Sign up" at the top of the page and then choose "Forgot Password". If you are still having a problem signing in, you can also call 419-998-3130.
User Account Information
All UNOH user accounts, including your UNOH Office 365 email account, will expire and be removed from UNOH systems 365 days from the last day of the final term you attended the university. This extended access period is designed to grant students continued communication with Registrar's Office, Career Services, Alumni Services, and other UNOH events. After leaving UNOH, alumni and students not planning on returning to UNOH should begin transitioning back to their personal email accounts prior to the deletion of their UNOH accounts.

All messages will be answered by our support staff the next business day. UNOH staff hours of operation are between 7:30AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday, excluding university observed holidays.

Wireless Network Access
As a courtesy to its faculty, staff and students, the University of Northwestern Ohio provides Wi-Fi access to the public Internet through access points located in certain areas throughout campus.

Office 365 ProPlus for Students
The Office 365 Student Advantage program includes licenses for up to 5 installations of the Office ProPlus software for current UNOH Students. This includes Windows and Mac versions for PCs and laptops.
The IT Department performs system maintenance Friday mornings between 4-7am. Many campus services are unavailable at that time.
