Clearing Old Passwords
After a password change, several apps on our mobile devices will continue to attempt to connect to UNOH services in the background. This can cause your UNOH account to be locked for a period of time. After a password change, it is best practice to clear your accounts from your desktop, laptop, and mobile devices. The instructions listed below provide guidance on the most common services, apps, and browsers.
Please note that after clearing all your mobile devices, we recommend waiting at least 1 hour before adding back your account. This will provide enough time for your account to automatically release and become usable again.
