UNOH implemented a new Avaya phone and voicemail system in January 2022 to provide an improved experience to faculty and staff who work on campus. The new phone system features voicemail to email, enhanced 911 services, and software to allow calls from computers and mobile phones using a new app. Listed below, you will find resources to help employees to acclimate themselves to the new devices and voicemail system.
